Equine Boarding
The Clinton County Fairgrounds has multiple horse barns with stalls for rent.
Renters are allowed to use the premises, including restroom facilities and the track.
The Board provides water to all barns.
The Leasee is responsible for care of boarded animals.
No sub-leasing or other animals, other than those contracted are allowed on the grounds.
Barns A, B, & D are $50 per month.
Barn C is $75 per month.
Monthly rent is due on the 1st of every month, and considered late after the 10th of every month
Winter Storage
Each winter season, we offer storage for boats, trailers, cars, trucks and other vehicles.
Vehicles up to 32 ft. are $300
Vehicles over 32 ft. are an extra $10 per foot
All storage units will be dropped off on the last Saturday in October.
All storage units will be picked up the first Saturday in April.
Vehicles are not able to be moved, or reached during winter storage, for any reason.
