Weigh-in: Monday July 11, 2005 following Jr. Fair at 8:00 AM

ENTRY FEE: $5.00 per head Taken at weigh-in.

ENTRY DEADLINE: Weigh-in Time.

  1. All exhibitors must pay general admission or buy a season pass.

  2. Lambs must weigh 90 lbs. or more, no butt wool.

  3. Lambs must be shorn by June 15, 2005.

  4. Limit of three entries per person.

  5. All Jr. Fair members, showing in Jackpot Show must pay entry fee.

  6. Entries other than 4-H must show from their trailers. NO PENS AVAILABLE.

  7. Classes will be made up by weights without regard to breed.

Remaining payouts will be determined by the Sheep Department Committee, based on the amount of entries.

RECOMMENDATION: Contagious Ecthyma (Sore Mouth) – To protect your sheep flock from contagious ecthyma (sore mouth), the Division of Animal Industry recommends that all sheep be vaccinated for contagious ecthyma (sore mouth) six weeks prior to entering the exhibition circuit. The vaccination should be done by and in accordance with the recommendations of your veterinarian.
