Restrooms
There are three restrooms on the fairgrounds. The first one is in the front next to the midway. The second restroom is in the middle of the fairgrounds. It is in front of the Junior Fair Building. The third is in the back of the fairgounds next to the Livstock Expo Building.

Antique Power Club of Clinton County
The Antique Power Club has two buildings on the fairgrounds. The Letteral Family Sawmill Building. This sawmill was donated to them by the Letteral family. It is a working sawmill that is used during the fair and the Corn Festival. They also have a Fairbanks Morris four piston motor. This motor was donated to them by the Beam quarry.
